She consults primarily in the areas of Organization learning, Strategic HR, Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence & Executive coaching.  Her personal journey 10 years of Inner Transformation enables her to bring a sense of connection and depth to all her assignments. She has held senior positions at reputed multinational organizations such as GE, LG, Lucent Technologies, HCL and State Street Bank and managed employees across various geographies, worldwide.

A seasoned trainer and facilitator in leadership development and managerial effectiveness, Pareena combines Mindfulness as a base to build core Emotional Intelligence domains for outstanding leadership. She is a certified teacher from SIYLI, USA in mindfulness and emotional intelligence. Pareena is also a certified coach in “Brain-Based Coaching” from Neuroleadership Institute, Singapore. She draws from the latest insights from neuroscience, to create yet more powerful, positive, and transformational changes for the coachee

Pareena works with leaders, teams and individuals to maximize focus, enhance individual well-being and enable people to be themselves, whilst working towards challenging business goals and deliverables. She is a Reiki Master and an ardent Vipassana practitioner. Her passion is to bring positivity, well-being, success, and inner peace to all.
