Madhu is a highly accomplished Behavioral trainer with a rare blend of knowledge and experience. He has over 40 years of rich-deep professional experience of having worked in different continents of the world. He did his engineering (B.E.) from Wilhelm Maybach Schule in West Germany and his Masters (M.E.) from Meisterlehrwerkstatt, an institute in Heide, West Germany. He has held various corporate positions in Germany, Australia, Africa, Oman and in India. Some of the brands he was associated with are Mercedes Benz, Deutz, Volvo, GM, and Volkswagen.

His deep aspiration for the exploration of the finer realms of human-development took him to the field of behavioural science. Since 1996 he has been into behavioural and leadership trainings. He was associated with an Italian training company ISVOR where he had delivered umpteen numbers of Technical and non-Technical programs for their official brand: FIAT. The quest for knowing more urged him to join ‘DOOR International’ -one of the world’s top training organizations.

As the Corporate got more and more complex, he shifted his focus more into Behavioral programs. He joined the world’s Largest Training Company Franklin Covey. In FranklinCovey he had the opportunity to conduct various Advance Training programs for some of the best companies like HP, Texas, Samsung, Ericson, STP Microelectronics, WIPRO, TAFE, BALCO, STP Microelectronics, Dover Software, UBS, and Bayer and many others.
